         ANNOUNCEMENTS &                         UPCOMING EVENTS

A special message from our pastor about the coronavirus:

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We have opened our church for Sunday Morning Services at 10am.  Sunday Church School, Tuesday and Wednesday Bible Studies, all ministry meetings and choir rehearsals will be temporarily suspended until further notice.

Adjustments have been made accordingly as we will continue to follow the COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC and VDH.  As good Christians and out of love for our church and community, we will require all of our members/attendees to wear masks or facial coverings upon entering the church and during the service.  In addition, we will implement several other precautions (social distancing, etc.) to ensure we do not jeopardize our health and safety.

These are unprecenented times and our assurance and faith remains in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and in the presence of the Holy Spirit.  We are a blessed and resilient congregation and will continue to show our love and support for one another.

"In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  And the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Phil 4:6-7.

Stay Blessed, Safe and Healthy,

Love, Rev. Dr. Michael L. Sumler, Your Pastor
